    The common romance movie

Can you have such a drastic change of opinion for a film which you've seen only once? Directed by Abhishek Sharma of "Tere Bin Laden" and "Parmanu", this cheeky feel-good romcom is a buffed up masala movie which clearly handles it's woman's front like an accessory, and while it sweetly works well upon it's intentions with conviction over it's hold- that talent is greater than luck, it seems to be the top priority of it's makers to place luck over talent, with a barrel of nepotism thrown into the deck of this sinking boat. How I wished I disliked this film upon my first viewing!

Uhh.. That movie was poorly adapted script on a OTT Platform without a single effort. That movie has plenty of characters with Angad Bedi outshining others. This script is how cricket is destroyed via movies.

Charming rom-com that delivers exactly what it's supposed to. The leads are beautiful and keep it interesting. It was a really fun watch on a slow weekend evening. The in-film commercials are a bit goofy, but those weren't the main focus of the movie anyway. Some really quirky fun dialogues and a really wonderful performance by Sikander Kher (who knew?). It could have been a little shorter, but really, don't we say that about every movie these days? A fun, low stakes watch.

Dulquer Salmaan will regret this, he is worth much more than this.

The movie is lousy and I did not like it at all. Not worth my 12$.

'The Zoya Factor' is an average romantic comedy which despite its failings is watchable for its humor and Dulquer Salmaan's performance.

Well that was a bit of a letdown. Whatever charm it offered and goodwill I had for it in the first half started to dissipate in its overlong runtime and non-existing chemistry between its two leads. As much as I like Sonam Kapoor, I don't think someone as beautiful, glamorous, and tall as she is a perfect fit for the role. I think this role should have been played by someone more average looking with better self-deprecating sense of humor. The fault squarely fall at the feet of the director as the concept of the movie would have been a base of a stronger and funnier film. Oh well!
