Tomorrow Never Dies

Not as good as the fantastic Goldeneye but still pretty decent. They went downhill from here until Daniel Craig saved the franchise with Casino Royale. Teri Hatcher is HOT! Brosnan did have some hot chicks in his 4 films.

While not as grounded as Goldeneye, Brosnan's second outing proves a worthwhile follow-up. The action is entertaining, the villain serves as a joyous caricature of modern media, and a glimpse of 007's vulnerability and ruthlessness is presented. And Michelle Yeoh's counterpart to Bond is wholly adept in her own right.

It’s one of the rare bond films where the script over shadows the action and it has themes that still scarcely relevant with Pierce Brosnan’s best performance as Bond and Michelle Yeoh being awesome, David Arnold (Stargate SG-1) score is great but the direction by Roger Spottiswoode (Terror Train) is a little workmanlike

The action scenes in this entry combined with Michelle Yeoh being awesome bring this up a notch. It’s not as good as some previous entries in terms of plot, again I just hate the 90’s incidental music but I’ll forgive it.

Tomorrow Never Dies is my favorite Bond movie of all time

What only over 50% like it, what the matter with you all? Yes its formulaic but its one of my fav Bond movies. Pearce plays it straight all the way through and the joint action with Michelle Yeoh is a treat. J Price is priceless as the egotistical villain and pre-cursor to who exists in the real world today of the guy who owns a social media platform. The action sequences are slick and I will always be entertained when he out smarts the assasin in the hotel - 'I'm just a professional doing a job!'

This is one of my favorite Bond movies! Everything about it is so Bond, it’s basically everything you would hope to see in a 007 movie. Awesome intro followed by a fantastic Bond song. Brosnan is the perfect 007 in my eyes. The story in this one is very relevant today. Awesome sets and locations and this one has one of the best Bond girls in the series.

This movie highlights the weaknesses of the Bond genre without benefiting from the strengths. Pierce Brosnan is only a good Bond in theory. They had no idea what to do with Michelle Yeoh, except to make sure she doesn’t outshine Brosnan. The plot involving a less evil version of Rupert Murdoch and misinformation had potential, but reducing it to standard Bond villain operations just avoids the real threat.

Uma ideia excelente, mas poderia ser melhor aproveitada para ser um dos melhores filmes de 007. No entanto, as sequências de ação e a trama são realmente envolventes. Essencialmente divertido e interessante de assistir. A ótima atuação do elenco principal envolvido contribui bastante para filme.
