the story was dragged way too long

HOLY SH*T!! This is the Transformers feature film that us fans have been waiting for! Words cannot describe the validation I feel after seeing this movie. They really DO care about the lore! This movie was absolutely fantastic. This story is so well-executed. These characters are well known by now, but here we get to see who they started as, and how they evolved into the characters that we all know today. I was so invested in the friendship between Orion Pax and D-16 (Megatron). They were truly as close as brothers, and seeing them slowly drift apart is truly tragic. While tragic, the different directions that they go feels completely natural. Chris Hemsworth and Brian Tyree Henry played their roles to perfection. Keegan-Michael Key took some getting used to, but all of the performances were top notch. By the end, I didn’t hear the actors anymore. This movie is also very pretty, especially on the surface of Cybertron. The colors pop unlike most recent films, and it’s quite refreshing. I will say that I still think that “Bumblebee” stands on top with the best action sequences, especially with the fight choreography, but the action in this film might just come up a close second. They really played with the transformations as a technique in fighting that we haven’t seen in the movies much (probably a result of the different medium). At the end of the day, I can’t sing this movies praises enough. 4.5 out of 5. Stay for the AFTER-credit scene. I can’t wait to see where this goes next. Make it happen Paramount!

Better than the other movies this animation movie was excellent and a brilliantly told story ! I hope to see more Transformers animation movies in the future

Honestly, I started watching this movie with low expectations, but wow! It was extremely great! The script was amazing! I recommend this movie a lot. It is a must-see.

I loved watching this movie on the big screen! The music was fantastic. The visuals were spot on. I can’t wait until more of the Star Wars franchise gets released on the big screen!
