With Vidya Balan diving deep into the character and coming up with many moments of pure magic and a competent supporting cast led by the usually underutilized Manav Kaul contributing its mite, Tumhari Sulu, warts and all, is never less than watchable.

Comedies sometimes ruin themselves when they enter emotional terrain, but Tumhari Sulu stays the course.

There's a lot to like about Tumhari Sulu. Not just Vidya Balan's stupendous talent, but the heart-warming romance, the crazy dreams of a housewife and the dramatic moments involving the young son are all fantastic.

[Tumhari Sulu] is attuned to the sensitivities of the challenges faced by working women. The film is packed with perfectly pitched characters.

This is an author-backed role, but Vidya Balan makes it so much more by adding layers of empathy and vulnerability to make Sulu a character that will stay with you long after you have left the theatre.

Despite painting a very realistic canvas of issues that plague people's domestic life such as ego fights and the likes, Suresh's story seems a bit too clumsily wrapped leaving several loopholes in the narrative.

Strong performances by the actress the rest of the cast gives this feel good film a lot of heart.

The essence of this story is 'Main Kar Sakti Hai', and with such a refined and affable actress as Vidya Balan in the lead, it is lovingly captured in Tumhari Sulu making it an entertaining watch for the whole family.
