, 77% Audience Score- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsQuite possibly the funniest movie I've seen. Weird Al missed his calling. This should have been a more successful film.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt's wild and all over the place, but it's from the King of Parody himself! 'UHF' is just plain fun!
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsAs a Weird Al fan, this movie seriously hits the spot. I don’t think there’s a reason why you shouldn’t watch this if you’re a fan.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsUHF perfectly captures the spirit of Weird Al in all the in movie parodies of other hit films such as Indiana Jones, Rambo, and Gone With the Wind. Despite growing up in the 2010s, this movie was a big part of my childhood and includes songs by the lead himself that are Oscar worthy. It is a true shame this movie came out in such a big year for the film industry while it contended with hits like Bat Man, Back to the Future Part 2, Indiana Jones: The Last Crusade, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, and Dead Poet Society, which all took the spotlight due to having fresh ideas or being apart of an established brand.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsPlease don't kill me for this because this movie is probably the best one I've seen all year in 2024 and the reason why I say this is because it's underrated genius I mean the plot is simple there's this character named George Newman played by Weird Al Yankovic who always gets fired from jobs has to take care of her girlfriend and has to get a new job he gets a job at a TV station the the big league company is pretty much frightening to shut them down which nearly happens at the end of the movie and even decides to hire a janitor who is completely down but my favorite part of the film nonetheless it is a underrated classic five out of five stars P.S: Don't Kill Me For Giving American Psycho A 3.5 But This A 5.0
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsthis comedy is not for adults at all, kids are the ones who will like this. but I'm okay with that UHF is still an amazing movie that I have seen almost ten times and still crack up. If you want a goofy slapstick comedy that is actually funny, try UHF.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMost of this movie was filmed in my hometown (Tulsa, Oklahoma) during the Summer of 1988. That makes UHF the greatest movie to ever be filmed in Tulsa and star "Weird Al".
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIf you like Weird Al, you'll love every awkward, hilarious moment of this movie.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsThis movie is hilarious! Together with the Naked Gun movies this is my favorite comedy! The jokes are really clever, the acting is great, the story is possible and the effects are also really good. Not a masterpiece but you can laugh really loud while watching.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsWeird Al parodies some 80s classics and twists a TV stations schedule for some surrealism. Entertaining in a very casual way.
