Vampires Suck
audience Reviews
, 30% Audience Score- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsJenn Proske should have won the Oscar for her inspired performance as Kristen Stewart trying to act. There are a few good jokes in here, if you like low brow humor. But for every chuckle there is an abundance of awful jokes, cringeworthy moments, and extremely dated references.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI was watching this and my TV broke. Four stars.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsSpoof comedies have always been very hit or miss, with a majority of the newer ones just being bad. While I think "Vampires Suck" is really dumb and silly, I have to admit it made me laugh multiple times. The movie is a clear parody of "Twilight" and since I saw those films not too long ago, I think this was a decent watch. I know many treat this like one of the worst movies ever, but if you look at it from a reflective angle, a "Twilight" parody in 2010 is just inevitable. Overall, the movie does have many moments that don't land, but I have to admit, that this is one of the spoof movies I actually found some bizarre enjoyment in, and think there are at least some funny bits for anyone who isn't crazy about the franchise it is making fun of.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA Surprisingly Good Comedy! "Vampires Suck" is a hilarious parody that exceeds expectations and cleverly pokes fun at the Twilight franchise. What surprised me most was the unexpected similarity "Vampires Suck" shares with the original Twilight. Beneath the mockery, the film cleverly replicates the original's atmosphere and tone, making it a strangely affectionate parody, like Bella's facials expressions. This balance between ridicule and homage makes "Vampires Suck" a standout comedy.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsIt is worth watching at home. It has many funny moments. The other critics were way too harsh, I think.
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsOne of only two movies, in 50 years, that I have walked out on.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsabsolutely hilarious
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMovie is a great parody! The humor is definitely an acquired taste and isn't for everyone but it's enjoyable if you like that kind of stuff. Truly wild and unexpected, loving all the references to the original movie!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDon't care. I love any trash that has anything to do with Twilight.
