Where Hands Touch

one of the best movies i've watched, following the great acting, the plot twist it also teaches of the past and has an emotional effect with it's storyline... it deserves a good rating.

This film actually left an impression on me, the characters really make, well acted. The important thing is this movie made me feel uncomfortable, especially with some of the things Leyna the young mix race girl, in her desire to fit in with the ideology of the time, both the young couple Lutz & Leyna are both intelligent they are both going through that learning phase of life at a very troubling confusing time for them. The love story is beautiful & movie, sets beautiful, very much exports you there into the heartland of Berlin.. There are some scenes as with holocaust movies hard to watch, but not overly in your face. The mother of Leyna is stunningly beautiful & a wonderful mum, the father of Lutz does a great job... The ending leaves you thinking & questioning ... so this movie does have an impact. A look into the other groups & people who suffered under "the pure race" policy! Not based on a true story, but one told in order to bring the flight of people of different colour. Thankfully many actually survived, but many were sterilised... May we never forget the six million Jews, the people of mixed race (due to skin colour), tge disabled, gypsies, SDA, Christians ect... who died & suffered under the hands of the Natzi's during WW2

Very sad and very real. We need more of these WWII stories to come out. The acting was fantastic.

I definitely recommend this film. George Mackay is a fantastic actor, as well as the rest of the brilliant cast. The story was heartbreaking and one we must never forget. Please watch this film.

Hands down, one of the best movies I have ever seen. It really makes you think in depth about humankind and the wickedness they are capable of. This movie is a true story and that is one of the reasons why it inspired me to watch it to begin with. Make sure you have plenty of Kleenex on hand because you will need it. I just love this movie, must see!

Great movie depicting yet another horror of WWII.

Literally sobbed from the first 5 minutes until the end.

This film drags on a bit in part, but the actors do their best snd it shows.

Actually I enjoyed this. Although it was quite a hard watch at times. It gives a side of WW2 that I for one hadn't really thought about. I don't understand why so many negative views. I can only assume that some people enjoy pulling a film to pieces rather than enjoying it for what it is. I also noticed a high preponderance of reviews from men. Maybe it's more of a woman's film. But I would recommend it.

This is hands down one of the best movies i have seen this year. An absolute must see!
