I NEED MORE MOVIES LIKE THIS sometimes u have to take a step back to truly know what you want but that doesn't mean it's wrong!! the characters were RLLY well written

Admittedly, the movie kicks down some open doors and feels like it can only move in one direction. But the way they scripted the youngsters growing love interest throughout the movie is just simply genius. Lou Goossens and Marius de Saeger have been brilliantly cast and beautifully play their character. They have an undeniable chemistry and they way the director handled this teen love awakening aimed at such a young age is amazing. It is a tight rope to balance on and Anthony Schatteman's Young Hearts, has balanced perfectly in a straight line all the way down to the end of the rope. This love story is one for every dreamer, hopeless romantic or movie fanatic ranging from all ages.

Without a doubt, one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. It’s one of those movies that you think about for days after watching. The two young boys in the movie provide a masterful performance. I had a smile on my face through most of the movie, but then there were parts where I was almost in tears. I strongly urge you to consider watching.

This is a really adorable and heartfelt film, I would definitely recommend this movie to people aged 12+. The actors they picked are very beautiful and it feels so special. It showcases the struggle of coming out to family very realistically, denial of your sexuality and young love in a way that is appropriate. Would definitely watch it again 10/10!

This moving film shows in a magnificent way how beautiful but also confusing love can be. It shows both the challenges and emotions as well as the beauty of coming out, also at a young age. But the most beautiful thing is all the love that this film contains. Amazing.

Young hearts è un film che parla al cuore. Una storia che merita di essere vista e condivisa. Non è solo un film che parla del primo amore ma anche di famiglia, di come rapportarci a queste situazioni e di quanto sia importante avere figure intorno come il nonno o la mamma di elias (ma anche alexander) che ci possono aiutare a superare i nostri problemi sopratutto in fase adolescenziale.

Tento film má vrátil do mojich detských čias, stal sa mojim najkrajším a najlepším filmom všetkých čias. Je užasne sa pozerať na hercov, ktorí odviedli užasnú prácu. Lou Goossens - Elias a Mark de Saeder - Alexander pripomenuli ľudom lásku, nežnosť, smútok, radosť ale i chaos ale aj oveľa viac. Režiser Anthony Schatteman odviedol dva mesiace tvrdej práce, ktorá ma úžasný potenciál stať sa hitom po celom svete. Som neskutočne rád, že Yong Hearts je viac než len film je to umelecké dielo, ktoré odporúčam každému, kto si tým prešiel alebo prechádza. Od začiatku, až do konca tohto filmu som bol uchvátený a musím uznať, že prišli slzy. Nepíšem často recenzie ale tu som musel. Ďakujem veľmi pekne režisérovi ale i hlavným postavám za umelecké filmové dielo.
