Willie Dixon

Willie Dixon produced music that was featured in many Hollywood productions. Dixon began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like the Bonnie Bedelia action movie "Heart Like A Wheel" (1983), the documentary "Survivors, the Blues Today" (1984) with Gravenites-Cipollina Band and the comedy adventure "Adventures in Babysitting" (1987) with Elisabeth Shue. His music also appeared in the Lou Diamond Phillips biopic "La Bamba" (1987) and the Patrick Swayze action picture "Road House" (1989). In the nineties, Dixon's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the Val Kilmer musical drama "The Doors" (1991), "The Doctor" (1991) and "Dazed and Confused" (1993). His work was also in the Chevy Chase comedy "Cops and Robbersons" (1994). Dixon's music was also featured in the dramatic period piece "Bobby" (2006) with Anthony Hopkins, the Bill Maher documentary "Religulous" (2008) and "Halloween 2" (2009) with Tyler Mane. His music was also featured in "Love Ranch" (2010) with Helen Mirren and the romantic comedy "Going the Distance" (2010) with Drew Barrymore.
