Rob Dyrdek's "Wild Grinders Go to the Movies" Featured in Latest MovieTickets.com Commercial
Animated Stars Also Bring 3D Action to New In-Theater Campaign
(Los Angeles - November 9, 2010) - MovieTickets.com, the worldwide leader in advance movie ticketing, announces the debut of Rob Dyrdek's Wild Grinders Go to the Movies animated commercial alongside the wildly popular street skating toy line. MovieTickets.com previously collaborated with Dyrdek to create an entertaining adaptation of the "Fantasy Factory" staff racing throughout Hollywood to buy movie tickets. Wild Grinders, a Moonscoop production, is a new animated series developed with skateboarder, entrepreneur and reality TV star Rob Dyrdek.
The latest commercial follows Lil' Rob and the Wild Grinders skate crew as they head to the movies. The comedic approach depicts the most unlikely member of the crew having already bought their tickets in advance, leaving more time to do what they love most— skateboarding.
This is the first time that MovieTickets.com has used animation in their advertising campaigns. In addition, MovieTickets.com is one of the first advertisers to produce a commercial in 3D, thus providing their audience with a fun and unique visual experience. The 3D version will be showing in select theaters across the country. For the full list of theaters, visit www.movietickets.com/wildgrinders.

The spot looks great in 3D and really showcases the humor and pure skateboarding associated with the Wild Grinders' brand."
Nicolas Atlan, executive chairman, Moonscoop North America, continued, "We are pleased to be working with MovieTickets.com while bringing the fun and authenticity of our Wild Grinders crew to moviegoers across the U.S."
